NTU Graduate Fashion Show: Fashion Design // Part 2

Another great thing about the NTU graduate fashion show was that no two collections were the same.Throughout the show we were treated to sports luxe,  neo-classicism, power dressing, essences of bohemia, Asian, and Scandinavian inspired pinafore dresses (to name just a few!) In contrast to the still romanticism of Franz’ collection in yesterday’s post, Ryan Farrell’s work jumps loudly out at you…BANG! Farrell has arrived.

The clashing, african inspired prints and loud colours reminded me of Roberto Cavalli SS 08′  collection. The giant tote bags are not only beautiful but practical – think about all the shopping you fit in one of them!

I don’t think it’s any coincidence either that while writing this post I have put M.I.A on in the background…sadly I doubt any of Farrell’s collection is going for $20 (get it?…oh never mind).
